Experience and Expertise
The foundation of Madi’s legal career stems from early courtroom experience obtained prosecuting criminal cases during summer internships and defending serious juvenile offenders as a clinical placement student. Her comfort in litigation grew during her time as a judicial law clerk for the 23rd Circuit where she was able to create invaluable relationships with local judges, observe skills and styles from experienced attorneys, and learn the proper practices and procedures in a wide array of practice areas.
Since joining Glenn Robinson in 2020, Madi has defended hundreds of clients in both civil and criminal cases. Whether she is arguing family law matters in juvenile court, defending misdemeanors in general district court, or arguing in front of a circuit court jury, Madi’s dedication to obtaining fair and reasonable outcomes for all clients remains at the forefront of her practice.
While she enjoys all areas of litigation, Madi primarily focuses on family law matters. Recognizing the reality that often accompanies family law issues, Madi understands that zealous advocacy is only a small part of the representation she provides. She is not only determined to provide the highest level of advocacy to her clients, but also strives to be a safe space for clients who are navigating the most tumultuous times of their lives.
Madi’s litigation skills, knowledge of cases, and dedication to clients routinely result in positive outcomes for her clients, including:
Numerous cases granting fathers and LGBTQIA+ clients joint or primary custody of children
Successful contested adoptions
Multiple clients regaining custody of children after CPS removal
Hundreds of dismissals and reductions of traffic tickets, DUIs, misdemeanor charges, and protective order violations
